It is still difficult for me to imagine that, in America, especially the America that I knew and still is, that a cop would tell someone that he/she is on the watch list. Maybe Vermont should secede. All this is hardly surprising for someone that was around during the sixties and seventies. We all knew that the FBI was infiltrating anything that they deemed "anti-American," back then. Read the histories of the civil rights movement and the peace demonstrations if you want a real horror story on what the FBI really did. No, we do not live in a democracy. It is a dictatorship.
